As a Global Head of Client Solutions, Phoebe leads a team of client solutions leads and solution architects partnering with clients across regions to design, de-risk and deliver end-to-end treasury and payments solutions spanning cash, payments, trade and liquidity. Working across the UK, Singapore and Hong Kong, the team supports complex client connectivity programmes—including direct and interactive connectivity: bank portal, mobile portal, API and host-to-host connectivity, ERP/TMS integrations, multi-market rollouts and high-volume platforms—bridging product, sales and delivery to ensure solutions are technically robust and implemented smoothly. The team’s objective is simple: faster onboarding, fewer surprises, and a more real-time client experience that goes live with confidence. Previously, She led the UK & Europe Emerging Payments product function, delivering capabilities across open banking, digital merchant services, digital money, tokenised deposits and stablecoin exploration. She is passionate about turning newly commercialised capabilities into scalable, secure client outcomes.
