Steve has a background in both management consulting and executive roles in the banking industry. He was COO for Retail and Commercial Lending at ANZ Bank, leading large 1000+ FTE operations teams across India and Australia. Steve set up the first operations teams offshore in India and was the operations lead for the digital transformation program.
