Thatiane has over 15 years of experience in leadership roles within the banking industry, specifically in Operations and Technology. Currently, working at Bradesco, one of major Brazilian banks, she holds a position in IT Strategic Planning, Change Management, and Communications. In her current capacity, she assists executives in prioritizing strategic initiatives, foster a digital transformation mindset among IT employees and looks for trends in tech industry.

Moreover, Thatiane serves as a member of the Febraban Tech Committee (FEBRABAN TECH 2023), one of the most well-known event focused on technology and innovation in the banking industry in Brazil. In this role, she actively contributes to the selection of tech content and speakers, further improving her expertise and influence in the field.

Prior, Thatiane spent a decade at HSBC, where she served as the Chief Risk and Administration Officer for COO and CTO areas. She also had a two-year tenure at ABN Amro Bank, focusing on the Retail business sector. Throughout her career, she has developed knowledge of financial planning and project valuation, risk management, IT quality, communication, performance management, and strategic planning.

Notably, Thatiane's professional journey has taken her across borders and allowed her to engage with diverse cultures. She has successfully led initiatives related to card business in the Philippines, participated in leadership training programs in England, volunteered with the Warmis indigenous community in Argentina, and has already resided in Texas, USA, for one year.

Thatiane earned her degree in Business Administration from UFSC (Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina) , holds a post-graduate degree in Finance from FAE Business School and a Leadership Development Program by ISE Business School, among others. Her academic background complements her practical experience.
