Tram Anh Nguyen is a leading voice in building human capability at scale in the age of AI. As Co-Founder of CFTE, a global capability platform focused on artificial intelligence, digital finance and workforce transformation, she has helped equip more than 200,000 professionals across 130 countries with the skills to navigate technological change.
She works with governments, central banks, largest financial institutions and startups with senior leaders on AI readiness, future skills, responsible innovation and workforce transformation, and has helped deliver large-scale capability-building programmes across the UK, Europe, Asia and the Middle East.
Tram Anh is also Chairwoman of Global Women in AI, where she advances inclusive participation and leadership in AI. She Co-Chairs the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore’s Fintech and Finance Committee and contributes to Imperial College Business School’s Financial Technology Centre network.
