Vadim Shpak is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Asia Institute of Digital Finance (National University of Singapore), where he is responsible venture capital and innovation. He also serves as Course Faculty for the Venture Capital Investment program at Nanyang Technological University and teaches executive education in venture capital at Singapore Management University. Alongside his academic roles, Vadim is a venture capital investor with more than 20 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, and private banking. He has led fundraising for venture capital funds and deep-tech companies across AI, fintech, life sciences, and climate technology, working with institutional investors, family offices, and sovereign wealth funds globally. Vadim is a frequent speaker, mentor, and judge at international technology and innovation events, with a focus on the intersection of venture capital, emerging technologies, and financial innovation.
