Mark Robson is an experiencedcorporate finance practitioner whoteaches internationally. His career spans transaction work with major accounting firms and in-house roles at industrial businesses, focusing on energy sector project finance and leveraged acquisitions.

His expertise includes advising clients (including London private equity firms) on valuing bid targets, bond financing, investment appraisal, and modelling infrastructure investments.

Mark now runs his own business providing transaction modelling services while training staff from top accounting, legal, and banking firms in London and internationally. Hisclients include Ernst & Young, Linklaters, ING, SiemensFinancial Services, National Bank of Abu Dhabi, Abu DhabiInvestment Authority, Standard Bank, Old Mutual, andCambridge and Oxford universities.
