Romain de Rauville is a business development executive in the ATMP (Advanced Therapy Medicinal Products) life sciences sector with extensive experience across startups and scale-ups. He led the business development of MaSTherCell, which grew into the world’s leading ATMP CDMO and was acquired by Catalent for $315M in 2020. He then built the business development function of ExoThera, a world-class viral vector CDMO and subsidiary of Univercells, a company backed by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
He is currently Chief Business Officer at Exo Biologics, a clinical-stage pioneer in exosome therapeutics, and at ExoXpert, a Belgium-based CDMO specialized in exosome manufacturing.
