Pre-revenue registration option
Biotech and Academic Pre-Revenue
This pass allows two members of your company to attend the event in Vienna for the price of one (1) registration. Delegates must be part of the same organization and email addresses must match the company/institution domain provided during registration.
To qualify for this offer, the company must meet the following criteria:
Be pre-revenue
Developing therapeutics or diagnostics for which the company owns the intellectual property; or own the IP for a platform technology used for drug design or discovery
OR be an academic institute, academic spinoff, or other academic researcher/innovator.
If your company qualifies for this pass, please proceed to register and select "Biotech Pre-Revenue Offer" at check out. You will be notified by the registration team within 2 business days following the initial registration with instructions on how to register the second member of your team.

Young Innovator
To qualify for this reduced rate, Young Innovator companies must meet the following criteria:
- Pre-revenue
- 5 years old or younger
- 10 or fewer employees
- Developing therapeutics or diagnostics for which the young company owns the intellectual property; or owning the IP for a platform technology used for drug design or discovery.
Young Innovator company rates and deadlines:
- €795 July 31, 2026
- €995 September 18, 2026
- €1195 October 23, 2026

Press Pass
Journalists writing for industry-specific news/publishing organizations are welcome to attend BIO-Europe free of charge provided the terms of our press policy are satisfied.
In order to qualify you must meet all the below criteria:
- Evidence that you are affiliated with a nationally or regionally recognized press outlet.
- Be able to prove that you are a journalist or editor with an internationally recognized press card or provide copies of your work in recognized publications, with your name appearing as writer or editor, for industry-specific news/publishing organizations.
- An editorial title (titles accepted: editor-in-chief, senior editor, executive editor, associate editor, technology editor, managing editor, editor, staff writer, reporter, columnist, photographer).
