NEW: China Showcase at BIO-Europe
As part of BIO-Europe’s continued focus on strengthening connections between China’s innovative biotech ecosystem and the global life sciences community, BIO-Europe will feature a dedicated China Showcase.
The China Showcase will highlight a select group of innovative Chinese companies through dedicated company presentations, providing an opportunity to showcase their pipelines, technologies and partnering opportunities to BIO-Europe’s international audience of biopharma executives, investors and potential partners.
Companies interested in participating should submit through the standard Company Presentation application. Eligible companies will be considered for inclusion in the China Showcase
PRESENTATION OPTIONS AND FEES
In-person Presentation - SOLD OUT
An In-person Company Presentation Includes:
- A presentation slot during BIO-Europe, November 9–11, 2026
- Your pre-recorded presentation added to your partnering profile three weeks before the event for on-demand viewing by registered attendees.
Fee structure:
Presentation Fee
- Biotech and Midsize Pharma Presentation Fee: EUR 1,250
- Academic Innovator and Next Generation Presentation Fee: EUR 715
Digital Presentation
A Digital Company Presentation Includes:
- Your pre-recorded presentation added to your partnering profile three weeks before the event for on-demand viewing by registered attendees.

- Academic Innovator and Next Generation Presentation Fee: EUR 365

In this track, biotech companies can seek partnership for their products, initiate strategic alliances and tap into the global financing network.
Next Generation Biotech Companies
This track is the most direct way for early stage projects and small entrepreneurial companies to get their innovative asset or idea directly in front of potential partners.
Companies to be considered for Next Generation Presentation need to meet the following criteria:
- Created in the past three years
- Fewer than 20 employees
- Developing new therapeutic products or offering an innovative service
Academic Innovators
Academic researchers and technology transfer offices can apply to present their asset or idea to funding and development partners.
