How are company presentations selected to present?
Successful applications will be those considered to have the greatest potential of interest for partnering, consistent with the event's focus.
If I am accepted for an onsite presentation, do I also need to submit a pre-recorded presentation?
Yes, we encourage all of our presenting companies to pre-record and upload a company presentation that will be published on their partneringONE profile for all delegates to view in the weeks leading up to the event. Having your company presentation on your profile substantially increases your exposure and meetings.
Company presentations will be highlighted in their own section in the partnering platform when partnering opens.
Does my onsite presentation include time for Q&A?
Your 14 and/or 9 minute company presentation does not include time for Q&A. We recommend you ask the delegates to message you in the partnering system or meet you in the hallway after your presentation concludes if they have any questions.
Where will the company presentations take place?
We’re reimagining the way you connect, learn, and experience. Step into our refreshed Company Presentation Theatre format, now live in the exhibition hall — a dynamic space for ideas, innovation, and inspiration. All company presentations will take place on November 3, 4 and 5 in our two new company presentation theatres on the exhibit hall floor.
What is setup in the company presentation rooms?
- Each presentation room will be staffed by a dedicated AV technician.
- Each room has a confidence monitor, so you can see your presentation and you will have a clicker to advance your slides.
- Each room has a timer to assist the presenter and moderator to keep to time.
- The podium is equipped with a microphone. There are no lapel microphones.
- Each presenter will be introduced by a moderator
What is the format of company presentations?
- Presentations can be in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF. If your presentation was prepared on an Apple Mac, please take extra care when reviewing at the Presenter check-in room before your scheduled presentation time.
- We recommend that presenters consider limiting their slide decks to one slide per minute.
- All presenters should bring a backup copy of your presentation with you to the conference on a flash drive.
