HOW LONG DO REFUNDS TAKE TO PROCESS?
Refunds take 4-6 weeks to process.
HOW CAN I GET A VISA INVITATION LETTER?
Please note that only registered delegates can request a visa invitation letter, once registered please contact EBDcustomerservice@ebdgroup.com with the below details:

HOW CAN I ACCESS MY PARTNERING ACCOUNT?
Once registered please allow up to 24 hours for your partneringONE account to be activated and to receive your login information. Please note that you will be able to see other registered companies on the platform and start requesting meetings when partneringONE opens on September 25, 2023.

HOW CAN I SET UP A GUEST ACCOUNT?
- Go to you profile page and then over to the Delegates/Guests box located on the right-hand side.
- Click on the Guests tab and then on the button that says, “Invite Guest”.
- Enter the email address of your guest and then click send
Your guest will receive an email with a link that will allow them to log in to your account. During their first-time logging in they will be asked to verify their email address and fill out some brief information about themselves so that you know who is entering your account.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ALL-ACCESS PASS AND THE DIGITAL PASS?
Our All-Access Pass gives you access to all event elements in Munich, November 6-8. This includes onsite one-to-one partnering meetings, exhibit floor, company presentations and program sessions as well as networking receptions. Additionally, this pass gives you automatic access to digital partnering from November 14–15, 2023, and on-demand content.
The Digital Pass grants you access to BIO-Europe’s digital partnering days from November 14–15, 2023 as well as on-demand access to an extensive library of event content. This includes company presentations, panel discussions, and company showcases.
CAN I PAY VIA INVOICE/WIRE TRANSFER?
Credit card payment is required at check out for all our 2023 events to complete your registration. Once you made the payment, you will receive a paid invoice/payment receipt within 2 working days. And you will also receive an access to our partnering system within 24 hours from registration and payment completion.
WHY DO WE CHARGE VAT?
Why do we charge VAT?
Article 53 of the EU VAT Directive (Council Directive 2006/112/EC) says that for the right of entry to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment or similar events in exchange for a ticket or payment, the place of supply is where the event physically takes place.
As the conference is held in Germany, the place of supply is Germany. Unfortunately, this means we must add 19% VAT to all delegate registration passes. This is regardless of where your company is based.
Can I claim it back?
Most attendees can claim back their VAT once it has been paid and we are very happy to provide invoices to help you do this.
How can I claim it?
You can claim back VAT, if you are registered for VAT. Contact Tax back international below to help reclaim your VAT.
You can also claim back VAT on your hotel, travel costs and other expenses at the same time. This should allow you to save 20% on many of your costs.

PRE-REVENUE BIOPHARMA AND ACADEMIC REGISTRATION (4 FOR 1 OFFER)
To qualify for this pass, the following criteria must be met:
Biotech and Pharma criteria:
- Be pre-revenue
- The company must be engaged in developing their own pipeline of
- Therapeutics or diagnostics, or
- Technology platforms, or
- Digital medicine products
Tech Transfer Office and Academic criteria: Be a not-for-profit university, hospital or institute, commercializing biotechnology therapeutics projects, technology platforms or digital medicine projects.
- Step One: Register and pay for an All-Access pass
- Step Two: EBD Customer Relations Team will review your company profile and vet your registration
- Step Three: If your company qualifies, you will receive a confirmation email with a VIP code to register 3 x Complimentary Digital Access Passes.

HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE YOU EXPECTING AT BIO-EUROPE 2023?
BIO-Europe convenes over 5,000 attendees, representing 60 countries and 2,220+ companies, making the event the industry's largest gathering of biopharma professionals in Europe.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO EXHIBIT AT BIO-EUROPE?
Basic exhibit booths at BIO-Europe 2023 start from 5.750 EUR for 6m² and 10.700 EUR for 12m². The first registration can be booked at the rate of 900 EUR. Deadline to book booth space is September 15, 2023.

Onsite Presentation Fees:
- Biotech and Midsize Pharma: EUR 1,250
- Academic Innovator and Next Generation: EUR 715
- Digital Presentation Fee

- Academic Innovator and Next Generation: EUR 365
IMPORTANT: Each presenting company will require (1) one presentation fee and (1) one registration fee per company.
