Dehua Pei is Professor of Chemistry and Biochemistry at The Ohio State University. He received his PhD degree in organic chemistry from University of California, Berkeley and was a Damon Runyon-Winchell Walter Cancer Fund postdoctoral fellow at Harvard Medical School before joining the faculty at OSU. His research group is currently investigating how biomolecules cross the cell membrane and developing cell-permeable peptides and proteins as potential therapeutics against “undruggable” targets, such as intracellular protein-protein interactions. He is a Co-Founder of Entrada Therapeutics and Syneron Technologies.
