Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Flagship Pioneering

Prior to joining Flagship, Andrew was a key member of the talent acquisition team at Biogen supporting recruitment for both R&D and Pharmaceutical Operations & Technology, across all modalities (including leading a Gene Therapy build). In this role, he focused on leading scientific recruitment for the quantitative medicine, engineering, and technical development groups. In parallel to his work in talent acquisition, Andrew was on the leadership team and heavily involved in the employee resource networks across the enterprise. Before transitioning his career to talent acquisition, he spent time as a bench scientist at NYU investigating dysfunction in autophagy and endosomal-lysosomal trafficking pathways in Alzheimer’s Disease.
