Over 18 years at Genentech: first 4 in downstream manufacturing; last 14+ in Process Development--primarily in the Purification Pilot Plant with responsibility for our Drug Product Pilot Plant.Other work interests: Chromatography Column Packing, Pilot Plant Strategic Project Portfolio Leader, New Technology and Driving Innovation. I live on the coast in California--not under the sun--but in the fog in Half Moon Bay with my two boys, 7 and 4.
