With a master’s degree in biochemistry and hands-on experience in the biotech industry, Brad combines scientific knowledge with strategic insight to drive innovative solutions. A California native, he is passionate about soccer, actively playing and coaching for his two daughters. Outside of work, Brad enjoys gardening and participating in various outdoor activities.
