Brian Berquist, Ph.D. brings more than 20 years of academic, government, and biopharmaceutical industry experience spanning process development, analytical development, technology transfer, and clinical manufacturing. He earned his Ph.D. from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the National Institute on Aging (NIA), part of the National Institutes of Health (NIH). He subsequently served as a Research Assistant Professor at Texas A&M Health Science Center. Throughout his career, Dr. Berquist has contributed to the development and advancement of more than 50 biologic molecules, supporting programs from early-stage development through large-scale cGMP manufacturing. His expertise encompasses process and analytical development, technology transfer, and the successful execution of clinical manufacturing campaigns, helping organizations accelerate complex biologics programs from concept to clinic.
