Caroline Mahl is a team and project lead in the cell culture development group at Lonza, specializing in the construction of mammalian cell lines for the production of therapeutic proteins. At Lonza, she has successfully led multiple programs focused on developing high-yield, stable cell lines for monoclonal antibodies, bispecifics, and other complex biologics.
Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Molecular and Applied Biotechnology from RWTH Aachen University and combines scientific rigor with a pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset. Passionate about bridging early-stage development with scalable manufacturing, she works at the intersection of innovation and implementation to accelerate the delivery of next-generation therapeutics.
