Dan Koback, Field Application Specialist at Sartorius and previously from Polyplus, has several years of experience in AAV & LV gene therapy applications. He has held scientist positions at Biogen, CSL, and most recently Pfizer, where he has been heavily involved in everything from transfection DOE optimizations at the ambr15 scale to tech-transferring GMP processes at the 2000L scale. One of his primary roles at Sartorius is to help customers seamlessly scale-up their transfection processes through knowledge transfer & person-in-plant support. He holds a BS in Biological Engineering, MEng in Biomedical Engineering, and an MBA.
