Frank is a process development specialist with broad experience in drug and biologic development, management, process implementation, manufacture and filing. He has almost forty years of experience as a subject matter expert in the development of downstream processes for therapeutic proteins, peptides, viruses and cells derived from blood, plasma, fermentation (yeast and bacterial) and bioreactors (myeloma, CHO and HEK) systems.

Frank has headed up Innovation groups and Process Development Groups. He worked on continuous production systems and on several commercial therapeutic enzymes. He also participated in Harvard Business School’s Organization Leader program in recognition of his excellence within the organization. Frank’s leadership experience includes his role at Epic Therapeutics as director of process development and production of drug delivery systems. Prior to that, he worked at Repligen and Hoffmann LaRoche. He has authored more than twenty papers in peer reviewed journals and published several patents.
