Joey Silhavy is a Senior Scientist in Bioprocess R&D organization at Pfizer. His industry experience in development, tech transfer, and scale-up of biologics processes spans across multiple modalities including nucleic acids, proteins, and glycoconjugates. As part of process development and commercialization, he has developed and implemented various bioprocessing technologies and in-process analytics for improving process control and accelerating development. Most recently, his role has been focused on late-stage strategy for complex programs and building cross-functional teams through close collaboration with research units, analytical R&D, and both clinical and commercial manufacturing.
