Profile
Currently as a Scientist at Genomic Medicine Unit at Sanofi, in cell culture process development, I work on both AAV and non-AAV processes, from platform development until scale-up. As part of my graduate work at Johns Hopkins University, I leveraged the potential of various omics’ to investigate the differences between cell systems caused due to changes in media formulations, cell age and mammalian cell line development. I developed proteomics and transcriptomics analysis pipelines to study the effect of media additives on CHO cell growth and productivity. My dissertation work also included epigenomic analysis, using Nanopore sequencing, of cell lines obtained from different CHO hosts with shared lineage but exhibiting varied cellular performance to identify biological markers of productivity.
