Yizhou has over 10 years of experience in cell line development and early-stage portfolio support across the biopharmaceutical industry. She is currently a Director at Bristol Myers Squibb, where she oversees cell line development and clinical cell bank strategy. Prior to joining BMS, Yizhou held roles in protein development and gene therapy development at Biogen and Genentech.
