Profile

Antonino is an expert agronomist with a solid background in plant nutrition and biostimulants with a PhD in plant eco-physiology.

He spent the latest 18 years developing international markets through a net of distributors and sub-sidiaries in the Americas, Europe, APAC and MENA regions for some of the most important global biostimulants Companies.

Actually, in SICIT he is the co-head of agroindustry business unit with a focus on consolidating and developing the presence of the company in the American clusters. In addition, he is also responsible at global level for the launch and development of new lines of products based on seaweeds from Patagonia and vegetal extracts from Moringa Oleifera, that today are strategical projects for the Company.

His role involves therefore the coordination of the commercial activities, regulatory issues in the various countries linked to the commercialization of the products, R&D and marketing activities on the new products, technical support to the farmers, distributors and subsidiaries to properly position the products.

Antonino supervises and coordinates the team of Patagonia Biotecnologia in Chile, that is a subsidiary of SICIT for the production of seaweeds based products and a net of export managers and agronomist that cover all North and South America regions.
