Chiara is an expert agronomist with a solid background in soil fertility and plant nutrition. She possesses strong expertise in developing protocols for agronomic efficacy tests of biostimulants, defining experimental designs, conducting data analysis, and effectively communicating results. Currently, Chiara supervises and manages R&D projects, working closely with Technical and Commercial Management. Her role involves collaboration with various company laboratories, including the Formulation and New Processes Laboratory, and the Analytical and Quality Control Lab, as well as partnerships with Universities, CROs, and private laboratories. Chiara actively participates in proposing new research lines and designing innovative formulations, and she is involved in national and trans-national public-funded research projects. She contributes to the technical training of the Sales Team; oversees the production, coordination, and dissemination of sales support efficacy trials, and plays a key role in writing product dossiers, leaflets, and catalogues. Her work is instrumental in bridging the gap between R&D and commercial objectives, ensuring that research efforts are aligned with market needs and effectively support sales initiatives.
