Morgane Marquet is an agronomist engineer and the granddaughter of a farmer, specialized in crop protection with a particular focus on biosolutions and agtech. With about 10 years of experience in crop protection, she began her career at Arysta Lifesciences as an agronomist for the EMEA region before taking on other strategic roles, including M&A global PMO. She then worked for several years at UPL Europe as EU North Marketing PMO, Head of Agtech EU, and EU Food Chain Manager.

Based in Paris, Morgane joined the Agryco Group less than a year ago. Currently, she serves as the Head of Strategy and Sustainability and is the right hand of the CEO, working on key M&A partnerships. Her expertise in managing complex projects and her commitment to innovation and sustainable agricultural practices make her a central figure in the company’s growth.
