Course Summary

The Biotech and Pharmaceutical Mini MBA is delivered over five one-day modules, each diving into a critical area of focus and spanning the typical lifecycle of activities for companies in the life science sector.

Throughout the course, a model company case study is incorporated, which presents the story of a firm that has been successful in the years to date but finds itself in an environment of rapid change, thus needing to re-evaluate its strategy, scope and the efficiency of operations, to succeed in future.

Each module will refer to the case study, enabling discussions about various challenges and recommendations of strategies used to drive progress and success to move forward.
