Chris has a PhD in molecular pharmacology and has held senior leadership positions in complex, global and matrix organisations within mid and large-scale pharmaceutical companies. She founded her own company (Questae Coaching & Consulting Ltd.) in 2017, where in addition to large pharma clients, she supports academic spinouts, small start-ups and Biotech organisations.

She has over 20 years of research project / portfolio management and transformational change leadership experience, combined with formal certification as an MBTI® and Five Behaviors® practitioner. She is recognised for her scientific and leadership expertise, passion for people, emotional intelligence, energy and facilitation skills which enables her to engage minds and inspire change in individuals, teams and organisations.

In addition to leading her own business, Chris is an affiliated Consultant at Leading Change UK Ltd and Phetairos Ltd. She has also held paid (e.g. Charnwood Molecular) and volunteer Board positions (British Pharmacological Society, ELRIG UK and BPS Assessment Ltd).
