The main event registration desk will be located at Entrance C Foyer. Attendees of the 9th April pre-conference workshop may pick up their badge at the Courtyard by Marriott Vienna Prater/Messe located at Trabrennstraße 4, 1020 Wien, Austria. All 9th April workshops will be held at the Courtyard by Marriott, which is adjacent to the Messe Wien Congress Centre.

Entry Requirements
On Friday 5th April all registered attendees received an email with subject line "Badge and Access Information - BPI Europe 2024" that contains an express QR code. Please have this QR code opened on your mobile device for quick check in. We recommend turning up the brightness on your screen to enable the QR code to be scanned. If you cannot locate this email then please bring a photo ID to collect your badge.
Informa Connect Life Sciences requires all in-person attendees to show proof of identification for access to the event.
At the registration desk, your form of identification will be checked and the QR code scanned to print your personal badge
For security purposes your badge must be worn at all times. You will need your badge to access the exhibit hall and, the conference sessions, and any receptions. Entry not permitted to anyone under 18 years old.

Messe Wien Congress Conference Entrance
All attendees are encouraged to participate in our scenic Attendee 5k Fun Run/Walk (3.1 miles) through the park adjacent to the Messe Wien Congress.
