Hans is a senior scientist in the department of protein mass spectrometry at Roche’s innovation center in Munich. He joined Roche’s computer-based drug design group in 2001 and moved to protein research in 2007 developing solutions for advanced in-silico processing of mass spectrometry data. Since 2016 he has focused on digitalization topics in Roche’s large molecule research unit designing end-to-end solutions for lab automation and unsupervised result interpretation. Hans obtained his PhD in physics from the University of Darmstadt, Germany.
