Dr. Jayanth Sridhar is the CEO and Global Head of Biologics having joined Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories in May 2021.

In a career spanning 25 years, Jayanth has assumed leadership roles of increasing breadth in Biologics in companies developing and manufacturing vaccines, novel biologics and biosimilars. He has been responsible for the development, launch and commercial manufacturing of six novel vaccines/biologics and over twenty biosimilar products in high regulated and emerging markets. Additionally, Jayanth has built and led teams in the three continents (US, EU and India) at Merck, BioMarin, Biocon, Cipla BioTec, Alvotech, Biological E and presently Dr Reddy’s Biologics.

He has a passion for organization building, technical problem solving and people leadership and mentoring. In his spare time, he is a passionate cricket player and follower, enjoys listening to music as well as travelling to new parts of the world to learn more about their ways of living.
