Lynn is a global product manager in Cytiva, focusing on mixer hardware, in the bioprocess department. In her role and with her team, she is responsible for the health of the mixer portfolio, collaborating with various groups including engineering, commercial, and finance, to maintain, grow, and improve Cytiva’s mixer-based offering. She particularly enjoys learning from our customers – what delights them and the challenges they face, in their particular situations – in the pursuit of bringing value-added solutions to the market.

Lynn obtained her MEng degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Sheffield, taking some private pilot lessons, and spent her penultimate year at the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University on bi-lateral exchange. Her dissertation focused on aerodynamic effects of surface roughness on turbine blades. Upon graduation, she worked in the energy services industry in engineering and business excellence rotations, before pivoting to the biotech industry. Prior to her current role in Cytiva, she has spent time in project management and as an engineering manager, and obtained her MBA from UMass Amherst part-time.
