On one hand, I've been focused understanding metabolic signatures of mammalian cell lines for the characterisation and optimisation the production of therapeutic recombinant proteins. On the other hand, I have used these molecular understanding to desing novel cell engineering strategies to enhance bioprocess effectiveness of mammalian cells.
