Dr. Robert Dillschneider has a comprehensive background in biotechnology and business administration. He studied Biotechnology at RWTH Aachen University and Imperial College London from 2004 to 2009, and Business Administration at FernUniversität Hagen from 2006 to 2012. He completed his doctoral thesis in Bioprocess Engineering at Karlsruhe Institute of Technology in 2013. Additionally, he holds Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts from Roche and Lonza.

Professionally, Dr. Dillschneider worked in Small Molecules Technical Development at F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG Basel from 2013 to 2022. Since 2022, he has been the Senior Process Improvement Manager at Lonza Visp.
