Simon Gilleman is an experienced industry professional with over 18 years’ experience in various operational & strategic roles.Throughout his career, he has taken on roles of increasing responsibility across Quality, Operational Excellence, Project Management, Procurement & Sustainability. As an Associate Director leading the Belgium Sustainability efforts, he embarks the 1.200 employees in the fantastic journey of bringing the site operations to a net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by horizon 2030, ahead of Takeda’s global target. Our commitment was recognized by peers through 2-year consecutive Belgian Sustainability Ambassador award. Simon also frequently shares his expertise as a speaker in various national & international conferences.
