Camilla Mather, Institutional Sales Managers, J O Hambro, joined us at the IMpower Studios in Monaco to tell us about her first experience at IMpower, about the Finding Your Voice programme and why initiatives like it are an important driver of industry change as well as the changes she hopes to see within the industry to bridge the current diversity gap within the wealth management space.
Under the spotlight: Camilla Mather
Camilla is an Institutional Sales Manager responsible for consultant relationships and direct Institutional clients. Prior to her current role, she has held several positions at JOHCM with a focus on Client Experience & Distribution – most recently as a Client Manager responsible for Institutional client relationships across the JOHCM business. Camilla holds a Bsc in Economics from the University of Birmingham, the Investment Management Certificate (IMC) and the CFA Institute's Certificate in ESG Investing.
