Anyone attending C-Store Women (CSW) from your company MUST be registered. Please complete ASAP.

• This applies to anyone attending the event from your company.
• Please register using your company specific Discount code sent via email. You will need to enter that code on the last page before submitting
  • Note: When registering, enter your above discount code on the payment page and it will clear out the amount owed.
    • Additional costs may apply for attendees beyond your contracted allotment.

Reservation Information:

• Your registration covers a 2-night stay at Mountain Shadows Resort, Paradise Valley, AZ. All reservations will be booked on your behalf by a CSW staff member. You will receive a confirmation email from the hotel once your reservation has been confirmed. If you require any changes, please contact the hotel directly.
• CSW will cover two-nights (room and tax) at Mountain Shadows Resort from November 2 - 4. Any additional nights on your reservation will be on your own.
