The rates are guaranteed for attendees of the Calgary Real Estate Forum only. By making a reservation using these preferred rates, you are confirming that you are registered to attend the Calgary Real Estate Forum. Informa Connect reserves the right to adjust any reservations to standard rack rate or remove the reservation from the Calgary Real Estate Forum room block if, following audit, it is evident that the reservation is held on behalf of someone that is not planning to attend the Forum.

Beware of housing poachers and data scammers
Unauthorized housing companies (known as hotel “poachers”) may contact registered attendees offering cheaper hotel rates. Hotel poachers will claim to be an Informa, Real Estate Forum “partner” or the “official housing company”. Rates are usually quoted in USD funds. They will ask that your room be paid in full upon booking. Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel – the hotel is sold out and has no record of the reservation. This practice is known as “room pirating”. It is a scam that all attendees should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information. Informa does not work with outside companies for hotel needs, but rather directly with the hotels to secure room blocks. Reservations can be made directly with the hotels via the respective websites above.
