Adil Kodian is President & Chief Operating Officer at Rohit, a national real estate company with over $1.4 billion in assets under management, and a developer actively navigating Calgary's supply-absorption question in real time. Since 2018, Rohit Homes has built more than 1,500 homes in the CMA — spanning single-family, duplex, townhome, and apartment product in both rental and for-sale formats — giving him a direct view into which segments are absorbing supply and which are softening. Rohit is also a land developer and commercial builder, putting him on both sides of the ground-related product dilemma: the servicing costs, approvals, and land constraints that slow townhouse, row house, and detached delivery.

Adil is co-founder of BuildBase™, an AI-enabled ERP platform for homebuilders with customers across Canada and the US. He chairs BILD Alberta (2025–26) and serves on the boards of Civida Corporation and Attainable Homes Calgary Corporation. He holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Alberta, and the ICD.D designation. He has also completed an AMDP at Harvard's Graduate School of Design.
