Aly Lalani started in the commercial real estate industry with Colliers in 2002 and joined the firm’s Partnership group in 2007. Over his 21 years of experience, Aly has developed strong relationships with both tenants and landlords through his involvement in lease transactions totaling over 8,000,000 square feet. This experience provides him with a comprehensive and invaluable understanding of Calgary’s downtown leasing market. Some of Aly’s professional accomplishments include the Colliers Award of Excellence for being a North American top producer every year from 2008 to present. Aly hit a significant milestone in 2017 joining the Colliers Everest Club which is bestowed to individuals for consistent top revenue performance in Canada, the US and Latin America. Aly was recognized as Calgary’s “Top 40 Under 40” in 2008 by Avenue Calgary Magazine, an honour given to individuals for not only professional success but also for contributing to society in a positive way.
