Ana Radic is Chief Operating Officer at Choice Properties REIT. Choice Properties REIT is the largest REIT in Canada, focused on 3 strategic asset classes – retail, industrial and mixed-use/residential. Choice creates enduring value through the ownership, operation and development of high-quality commercial and residential properties and believes that value comes from creating spaces that improve how tenants and communities come together to live, work, and connect. Ana is accountable for the overall operations & asset management strategy of the REIT's $16B income portfolio. In her role, Ana oversees a broad range of functions that include property management, leasing, tenant account management, lease administration, realty tax and technical services, leading a team over 150 professionals located across Canada. She also leads Choice’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee and is actively involved in Toronto CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) and the WoodGreen Homeward Bound Industry Council. Ana is a graduate of the University of Toronto and prior to joining Choice held positions at Canadian Real Estate Investment Trust as Senior Vice President, Office Properties and Dream Office REIT as Chief Operating Officer.
