Ben Rogowski is responsible for corporate operations, investment and development activities. Since joining the Toronto office in 2003, he has been intimately involved with the acquisition and execution of several landmark residential developments. He works hand in hand with the planning, marketing, sales and construction teams to ensure the successful completion of every project. Ben brings thoughtfulness and astute judgment to managing relationships with Canderel’s partners, lenders and senior staff.

Ben pursued his academic endeavors with a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mathematics and Statistics from McGill University, laying a solid foundation for his analytical and strategic skills essential for his role. Ben is recognized as a CFA Charter Holder, showcasing his dedication to excellence in finance.

Ben’s unwavering dedication to Canderel is evident in his tenure, having dedicated his entire career to the company. His steadfast commitment and exceptional contributions have been instrumental in driving the company’s success. Ben’s visionary leadership and operational expertise play a pivotal role in shaping Canderel’s strategic direction and ensuring operational excellence.
