Bill Lloyd is focused on industrial sales and leasing, retail sales and land development opportunities. After all these years still loves taking the long way home, looking at buildings, kicking bricks and talking about real estate. Bill is the President/Broker of Black Watch Property Ltd., previously a partner of Barclay Street Real Estate, commenced his career at CB Richard Ellis as a retail leasing agent and becoming the Managing Director of Tenant Services USA. Bill attended the University of Calgary and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business Emerging Leaders Program.
