Brian Nichols is Supervisor, Realty Strategy & Space Planning at Enbridge, where he leads corporate real estate transactions, workplace strategy, and portfolio planning across more than four million square feet of leased and owned assets throughout Canada and the United States. He oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for one of North America's most diverse corporate real estate portfolios, spanning office, industrial, operational, and specialty assets. Throughout his career, Brian has led complex acquisitions, dispositions, workplace transformations, lease negotiations, and portfolio optimization initiatives across multiple markets. Most recently, he directed Enbridge's 470,000-square-foot headquarters lease extension at Calgary's Fifth Avenue Place, one of the city's most significant office transactions in recent years. He brings a corporate occupier perspective to real estate strategy, focusing on how real estate decisions can enhance operational effectiveness, support workforce objectives, and create long-term business value.
