Mr. Ollenberger is a seasoned real estate development executive with over 25 years of broad real estate management, design, planning, construction and engineering experience in creating innovative, sustainable developments and buildings. He is well recognized for his ability to conceptualize new development projects and buildings, and carry that vision through planning, engineering, approvals and construction with cost-effective results and problem solving. He is currently Vice President, Development at VolkerWessels for North America with a mandate that extends beyond vision-setting to the practical execution of projects, ensuring brand consistency and excellence in every aspect of design, construction, and development for VolkerWessels industrial, commercial, and retail portfolio.
