Eric Carlson is the core Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Anthem Properties Group, a real estate development, investment and management company that strives, solves and evolves to create better spaces and stronger communities. Anthem has invested in, developed or managed – alone or in partnership – more than 320 residential, commercial and retail projects across western North America. Anthem, with its respective financial partners, has a portfolio of current and past projects that includes more than 20,500 homes built, in design or under construction, more than 9 million sq. ft. of retail, industrial and office space, and 8,500 acres of land across Alberta, British Columbia and California.
