Graeme Melton is a land development professional with 20 years of experience in residential, commercial and industrial land development in a number of municipalities in the Calgary area and the United States. Graeme has a proven success record in all aspects of land acquisitions, land use planning, project management and business planning and strategy. His work experience also spans oversight of subdivision construction, budgeting, sales and marketing and urban planning and design. Graeme is currently the Vice President, Community Development - Calgary region with Melcor Developments Ltd. In this role, he oversees the development of 14 active land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial and mixed-use) in four municipalities in the Calgary area and seven active projects in the U.S. His relationship building and problem-solving skills also serve him well as he leads a team of development managers in achieving strong results.
