Graham is President of Ayrshire which is a local private equity firm focused on investing in real property and related operating businesses. Ayrshire (“Air-shire”) is a vertically integrated developer, contractor and steel supplier focused on contributing practical solutions to Canada’s housing crisis through its Housing Impact Funds. These funds seek to partner with municipalities, non-profits and other community stakeholders to develop new housing supply with tangible community benefits. Ayrshire’s goal is to integrate profit with purpose and raise awareness around housing as an asset class which can benefit both. The firm originated in the late 1990’s as a family office for its Executive Chairman. Throughout their careers, the Ayrshire leadership team has transacted, developed or helped manage $10 billion of real estate assets and acted as principals or advisors on over $10 billion of corporate transactions and investments.
