Greg Guatto is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Aspen Properties, a privately held real estate company that together with investment partners, owns and manages approximately 4.25 million square feet of office space plus 3,800 parking spaces and residential development sites in downtown Calgary and Edmonton.

In the 25 years since the inception of Aspen, Greg and his partners have purchased 63 properties and sold 68 in transactions totaling $2.75 billion and have completed 177 mortgage financings totaling more than $2.4 billion. In its newest endeavor, Aspen is repurposing One Palliser Square from 400,000 square feet of office space into 400 residential units.

Greg has acted as Chair of the RESAC Downtown Vibrancy Sub-Committee and a member of the Provincial CORE Working Group and has recently joined the Board of the Calgary Municipal Land Corporation (CMLC). Greg previously worked with TrizecHahn Properties Ltd. and Knowlton Realty Ltd. He received his HBA in Business Administration with Honours from the Ivey Business School at University of Western Ontario.
