Haig Basmadjian joined Avison Young in 2019 as a Multi-Family specialist in charge of providing real estate services to the southern Alberta market. His energetic and dynamic team has been instrumental in completing numerous market-setting Multi-Family and land transactions throughout the Calgary market, working closely with a variety of Multi-family operators, developers, and investors – both locally and nationally. As a specialist in the Calgary market, Haig has witnessed the rapidly changing trends and cycles that the city has experienced, and has facilitated and assisted his clients in the trades that has shaped the evolving Calgary Multi-Family landscape. Prior to joining Avison Young’s Multi-Family Team, Haig was at an investment sales brokerage in Vancouver focusing on hospitality assets. He graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia in 2015 and holds a real estate license in both Alberta and BC.
