Helen Mix is Boardwalk’s talent ringleader, providing key leadership to the hiring, training and retention of Boardwalk’s talented, high-performing, successful Associates. Since joining Boardwalk in 1999, Helen has seen the workforce grow to more than 1,500 dedicated Associates across Canada. Helen works with a dynamic team that supports comprehensive Human Resources functions including recruiting, training and development, health and safety, benefits and payroll. In addition, Helen participates in the following committees: Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, Wellness and Sustainability. Helen spends much time across time across the country working with and supporting our Operational Leaders through targeted KPI Assessments. Helen’s education includes achievements in Human Resources, Payroll, Compensation, Recruitment and Leadership.
